rapid resolution therapy

Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is more than a therapy. It’s a way of thinking, of being clear and seeing what’s to be done in the moment.

It’s rapid because a single issue that has been getting in the way (be that a belief, disturbing memory or other issue) can be shifted in a single session. It’s about connection and being in a space where you feel safe enough to move forward from what’s been holding you back. Sessions can be fun, even exciting and adventurous but most of all there will always be perspective – a way to view things differently and move forward with more peace and freedom.

It was developed by Jon Connelly in the U.S. and I have been trained by him and continue to be trained and mentored in RRT techniques as I develop my own practice and version of RRT.

Who I Work With

I work with people who are willing to get past their own stuckness and release what’s been holding them back. I specialise in addiction beause I work in that area anyway but I am experienced with working with people who struggle with anxiety, disturbing memories and traumas, fear, anger, resentment, shame, guilt and many more issues.

What Makes What I do Different?

People say they feel safe with me. The technique is different beause it utilises multi-level communication, speaking to conscious and unconscious mind, as each requires different forms of communication. This is what makes RRT stand out from other talking therapies.

RRT is supportive and non-judgemental. You will feel safe and cared for.

What’s Going on For You?

You’re reading this because you want to know more. Because you see that there could be a way through what you’re struggling with. I would be delighted to talk to you about the issue you wish to shift.

Let’s have a chat, see where we can take it. It’s free and without oblgation

What People Say About My RRT Sessions

“Thank you Alan for your attention and skill and assistance with something that has been lurking inside me for 61 years! Mama mia! I feel so much lighter and in current time. I really enjoyed the conversation that followed about being OK with being OK and the middle way. My day has flowed since and I’m enjoying the ordinary and the extraordinary too.”

Alice, Italy

“Feeling more safe and confident in myself”

Sandra, Dublin

“I had only two sessions with Alan to tackle a problem that caused my whole body to go into flightmode around a certain trigger. He managed to solve that during our first meeting and we went a layer deeper on the second one. I now feel lighter, safer and more confident in myself than before. It’s given me a shield when I need it. Alan also has this amazingly calm and gentle energy in which I felt so at home.”

Kai, Edinburgh

“With Alan’s guidance I felt a sense of calm and was able to open up without judgment and we started the therapy. Because I was bringing up the thing that triggers me, I did start to be uncomfortable but with Alan’s guidance I began to feel an overwhelming sense of calm and security.  As I walked back through the garden after the session, I felt like something dark had been taken away and I felt clear headed. Later that evening I felt a sense of calm and that night I didn’t have my usual nightmares and, for the first time in a good while, I slept soundly.
