It’s amazing what a bit of respite from the busyness of work can bring. We can arrange work days out consisting of things like Forest Bathing, Mindful Foraging, Wild Swimming, hiking; things that will connect your team to nature and the elements and bring a sense of relaxation and adventure.

It’s entirely possible to bring mindfulness into the workplace. This can be either through running an 8 week MBLC course, which is a powerful way to bring cohesion to a team and get people focused on the bigger picture in a more grounded way, or through developing a plan for your team that will suit your needs.
All these events include exploring nature connection and mindfulness practice to help ground and support people, to bring a sense of space and relaxation to the day.
