I can work with your organisation or team to bring a mindfulness-based approach to your team’s work

It’s entirely possible to bring mindfulness into the workplace. This can be either through running an 8 week MBLC course, which is a powerful way to bring cohesion to a team and get people focused on the bigger picture in a more grounded way, or through developing a plan for your team that will suit your needs.

This can include both nature connection and mindfulness practice to help ground and support people, bringing out what’s important within a team – the ability to work together and have more understanding of each other and respect for roles and responsibility.

Alan has many years experience of working in small businesses, having started and run his own and been part of both the initiation and development of others, mainly within the sustainable food world, since 2004.
